Go to Reports -> Miscellaneous -> Stock Price List.

This report is used to produce stock price lists. They can be created for customers or internal use and they can also be created for electronic use.

Selected Products:
Select the products to report on. The default is "All Products". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Any products in a hidden product type (see Utilities - Types) will automatically be suppressed.

Sort Sequence:
The report can be sorted by product type then part number or description. The report can also be sorted by part number or description only (grouping all parts together).

Print List Price? (all your prices will be displayed for inclusion in the report):
Enter "Yes" to print each price as required, one column for each price.

Suppress Zero Prices?:
Enter "Yes" to suppress any part if all the selected prices are zero.

Suppress if Zero Qty Available?:
Enter "Yes" to suppress any part when there is no stock available for sale.

Print Available Qty?:
Enter "Yes" to print the available quantity on hand.

Print Other Details?:
Enter "Yes" to print cost price, sales quantity and qty on order. This information can be useful when reviewing sell prices.

Page Breaks?:
Enter "Yes" to start each heading on a new page. This applies when the report is being sorted by Type.

Output Device:
Select the output device for the report. See Creating Reports - General Comments for details.

Run Report.
