Once the stock take count sheets have been printed and parts have been counted you can enter the counted quantities.

Select the stock take to enter figures for.

A screen will be displayed and the first part number on the stock take will be displayed. Enter the counted quantity and press enter. All parts will automatically be displayed in the same sequence as they were printed on the count sheet.

If you want to go straight to a particular part enter the part number and press Enter.
Figures are saved automatically as you enter them.

Any part which has serial number tracking will require you to enter the serial numbers in stock, these should be written down on the stock take count sheets in the space provided.
