Courier - The courier company the destination records belong to
Branch - The branch the courier destinations records belong to
Filter - Enter text here to limit the courier destinations shown
Import
The importing of courier destinations is currently available for NZ Couriers and Skyroad couriers. To import destination records for the current courier company and branch click the Import button, using the Navigation dialog box that opens navigate to the location of the file to be imported (see file format information below). Select the file to be imported and click the Open button.
File format
Three pieces of information are imported
"Destination" - the name of the destination city, town or suburb
"City Code" - the code of the nearest courier branch to the destination
"Zone" - the zone number of this destinations (this will change from branch to branch)
NZ Couriers file format
The NZ Couriers import file is a csv file with three columns Destination, City Code and Zone
Skyroad file format
The Skyroad import file is a fixed width file. Destination [line position 0 to 23], City Code [line position 24 to 28], Zone [line position 32 to 33]
