Go to Reports -> Miscellaneous -> Stock Movements Report.

This report shows stock movements in and out during a selected period.

Selected Products:
Select the products to report on. The default is "All Products". See Selecting Accounts for Reports & Processing.

Movements Start Date:
Movements End Date:
Enter the date range to show stock movements for. The date range must be one or more complete months. The maximum range allowed is two years.

Selected Branch:
Report stock movements for a selected branch, or for all branches.

Include Zero In/Out?:
Show all selected products, or only products with non-zero stock movement in the date range.

Print Type?:
Enter "Yes" to include a column for the Part Type in the report.

Print Code?:
Enter "Yes" to include a column for the Part Code in the report.

Print On Order Qty?:
Enter "Yes" to include a column for the Part on-order quantity in the report.

Run Report.

This report includes the part number, description, opening & closing stock on hand at start & end of the selected date range, and quantity in and out for each month of the date range.
